3. Freeze-Dried Fruits

4. Cold Dried / Dehydrated Fruits
Similar to soft drying but uses extremely dry air at very low temperatures to dehydrate the product.Characteristics: Exceptional color retention and preservation of heat-sensitive enzymes.
Applications: Primarily used for juicy fruits or thin slices intended for Detox Tea, such as sliced oranges, lime, and dragon fruit.
